摘要:
以钛精矿和石墨为原料,经球磨混料后通过碳热还原法制备了含铁的碳氮化钛复合粉.结合X射线衍射分析、TG-DSC热分析和SEM扫描电镜显微分析,主要研究了球磨参数对钛精矿/石墨混合粉料还原进程的影响.当球磨时间为4 h,球磨转速为450 r/min时,石墨的无定型化有利于加快还原反应进程.开始反应温度提前了360 ℃,失重为35 %,达到了反应平台.
