摘要:
针对磷精矿中稀土品位低、成分复杂等特征,开发了二段酸分解、PHX直接萃取稀土工艺.磷精矿经盐酸低酸一次分解和硝酸高酸二次分解,磷的分解率达到了99%以上,稀土的总浸出率超过94%;在无需除杂、无需调酸的前提下,PHX直接萃取稀土的收率不低于95%.
